Hello, I use an android phone and when trying to express interest in using this app, I couldn’t find a way to do so without going through an internet browser. So, is this software an app where it can be individually downloaded and accessed through a location on my android screen or is it a website where you will always need to access this ‘app’ via an internet browser on my android phone. If I am mistaken and it is the former, may I also ask why not use google play to gain much more of an audience? I sincerely hope for this ‘app’ to be easier to find and access.

Also, the ‘game’ doesn’t connect, it only seems to try ‘connecting’ for a long time. Please fix the issues.

Hi – Thanks for the feedback and constructive comments. I’ve passed this onto the tech specialists and will get their response to your questions.

What I can tell you is that we decided not to have a “native” app but instead program the Academy in HTML-5 so that it could be used on all mobile devices and on desktop computers as well. I will get an answer to you on the other questions shortly.

From our tech team in response to your questions:

Regarding the players question the game is an html5 web app so its more like a website where you will always need to access this ‘app’ via an internet browser on his android phone as opposed to a permanent download.

Google play does not allow web apps in the store.

We checked the app on droid and its working fine. Perhaps the user is using an unsupported browser such as opera? Perhaps he could try chrome or the stock droid browser which should work fine.

Note the app will request fb permissions, if not given the app cannot start
